There are SO MANY types of diets out there it can feel kind of impossible to decide: what diet is best for me? What diet is best for my body type? What diet instructions should I follow? What food to avoid during diet? What food is actually dieting food? What healthy diet tips are true?

Of all the weight loss tips diet, in my opinion, is the best way to get results. There are lots of different categories of diets like, weight loss diet, lifestyle diets, etc.

If I were to start a list of diets I might include ketogeneic diets (keto), low fat diet, intermittent fasting, vegan, vegetarian, etc, etc. These are some of the most popular diets (popular weight loss diets) but are any of them the best diet for weight loss?
