In Breakfast have Egg Oats Omelette (Calories 300 – 350) – Take 3 whole eggs with 10 to 20 grams of oats. Add chopped spring onion & chopped capsicum/paper in that. Also, add black pepper powder with salt as per your taste & red pepper powder. Mix well. Make egg oats omelet on hot tava.
